If No One Is Home

If the recipient is not available when our courier arrives, we will find a safe, shaded spot to leave the arrangement and let them know where it has been left.

Should there be no suitable place to leave your flowers, we will attempt to contact both the recipient and the sender. If we are unable to reach either of you, the arrangement will be returned to Fleurus and kept safe and fresh until we can connect with you (a re-delivery fee may apply).
